Ellie loves cheese. REALLY loves cheese. So holidays with El should involve cheese factories, and the Hunter Valley obliged. We visited all the cheese factories and shops in the region, had tastings, made purchases and then had three delightful cheese platter lunches - two under trees in the valley and one in the van on our way to Sydney.
