We had a lovely afternoon at The Nobbies, but it was a lot drier than last time.
The highlight was definitely seeing a penguin at the opening of its burrow... and close enough for Dazz to get some great photos with his long lens.
Our wait for the penguin parade was very pleasant, and it was warm enough not to need jumpers and beanies!
The next day we were back to cheese, chocolate and ice cream... and some home made pumpkin soup for our picnic in the car (out of the wind!).
On the recommendation of a friend we went down the eastern part of the Mornington Peninsula and visited a couple of wineries. The prettiest was definitely Point Leo Estate.
