When I went to start a post on our current trip I discovered I hadn't finished off the last one. So for the sake of closure...
After the Tour Down Under we headed east quite quickly to see friends in the Sydney/Newcastle area and attend the wedding of our friends' daughter. Coming across SA and NSW at the end of January was always going to be hot, but we seemed to strike a few days of extra heat wave. Each morning we left really early to get to a caravan park and plug into power and air conditioning by lunch time.
Leaving the Clare Valley
The South Australia/New South Wales border
The temperature at 7pm in Cullulleraine.
A slight detour to Wentworth to see the confluence of the Murray and Darling Rivers.

We had enough money on our Sydney public transport cards for a trip into the city, and they needed using, so we celebrated my birthday with a ferry to Rose Bay for fish and chips. It was a beautiful day on the harbour.
The only other photos of note on our way home were the quirky murals on the store at Yetman.
